If you live in the UK shipping is £0 - £3.50 depending on the items you are buying. You can check the postage cost of the items you want to buy once you have added them to your 'cart'.
Everything we post is sent 1st class recorded via the Royal Mail to ensure it arrives with you safely.
If you live in the South East of the UK you are welcome to collect the item from our office in Brighton to save on postage charges. Please e-mail us at info@thelittledeer.co.uk for more info about personal collection.

International Orders

We ship worldwide you lucky things! International shipping rates range from £3 to £10 depending on the items you are buying and where you live. Europe rates are cheaper than the rest of the world. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Mastro, Solo, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

This store uses PayPal for payments to ensure they are secure. We do not see your credit card info, we simply get the money sent to us by paypal. It is 100% Secure.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase anything from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Returns Policy

Please contact us on info@thelittledeer.co.uk if you have any problems with your order. If you are still not entirely happy with your order, you can return items to us as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via e-mail or phone (find these on our Contact page.)

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.

Once we have received your returns request we will issue you a returns number. From the date we issue a returns number the customer then has a further 7 days to return the goods to us for a refund. We do not refund postage.

For your own protection we advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature.

Upon receiving the returned item/items we will process the refund within 48 hours.
